Terms of sale

1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern all sales made on the Correcteur de Posture website.

2. Products
The products offered for sale are posture correctors and accessories. Each product is presented and described as accurately as possible.

3. Prices
Prices are quoted in British pounds (£), including all taxes. Delivery costs are specified before the order is confirmed.

4. Orders
Confirmation of the order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC by the customer.

5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods include credit cards and PayPal (secure payment).

6. Delivery
Delivery times and methods are specified in our Shipping Policy. Correcteur de Posture cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Returns and refunds
You have 30 days after receipt to return a product to us (unused, in its original packaging). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been inspected.

8. Liability
Correcteur de Posture cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product.

9. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Toulouse.
